Is the absence of withdrawal bleeding while taking Zoely a sign of contraception's ineffectiveness?

Hey, this is my first pack of Zoely and combined contraception in general. If there is no bleeding while taking yellow tablets, should I also use mechanical contraception? Thank you in advance for your reply and greet warmly!

Jeżeli lek Zoely stosowany był prawidłowo, nie ma potrzeby stosowania dodatkowych metod antykoncepcji.
Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego u kobiet przyjmujących produkt Zoely może nie wystąpić krwawienie z odstawienia, pomimo tego, że nie są one w ciąży. Podczas badań klinicznych częstość braku krwawienia z odstawienia w cyklach 1–12 mieściła się w zakresie od 18% do 32%. W takich przypadkach brak krwawienia z odstawienia nie był związany z większą częstością występowania krwawień międzymiesiączkowych i (lub) plamień w kolejnych cyklach miesiączkowych. Reasumując nie jest to oznaka braku skuteczności środka antykoncepcyjnego. Proszę stosować normalnie kolejne opakowanie leku.
