Is the constant bleeding while taking Cerazette, is it time to change the drug?

Hi, I have been using Cerazette tablets for 6 years I have never had any problems - but for 6 months there have been terrible bleeding - (a lot of clotting and uncontrolled abundant hemorrhages) I am 40 years old, the full symptom I went to the gynecologist in December the opinion of the doctor is all about :( this month, the period is already 10 days and is full of :( I'm worried if this is the time to change the drug? Please help
