What to apply to sinus problems during COVID-19 infection?

Hi I go through covid infections, in Mon I did a test positive result, the symptoms first appeared on Friday sore throat, now I have problems with the sinuses feeling of pigging, dryness, burning, what drugs can I take supportively?
