W Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego nie jest wspomniane by jednym z działań niepożądanych podczas stosowania leku Izotek był wzrost wagi, zatem moim zdaniem jest bardzo mała szansa na przytycie podczas kuracji lekiem. Izotretynoina może natomiast przyczynić się do wzrostu stężenia lipidów we krwi - proszę monitorować ten parametr badaniami, podczas oraz po skończeniu terapii Izotekiem.
