Nie napisała Pani o jaki lek dokładnie chodzi. Jeśli ma Pani na myśli otagowany produkt Depo-Provera to dostępny jest tylko jeden rodzaj tego produktu (150 mg/ml 3,3 ml stosowany w onkologii):
