Can side effects increase after increasing the dose of Depratal?

I took the drug depratal 30 mg and from a month biore 60 mg is there such a possibility that there are side effects too high dose because it feels very bad what to do?

W przypadku zwiększania dawek zalecanych preparatów zdarza się, że występują lub nasilają się działania niepożądane leków.

Zachęcam do zapoznania się z lekarzem prowadzącym. Zakończenie stosowania leku Depratal powinno być stopniowe. Nie należy samodzielnie i nagle przerywać stosowania leku. Kuracja preparatem Depratal powinna być prowadzona w połączeniu z konsultacjami u lekarza prowadzącego:
