Nie zaleca się jednoczesnego stosowania leków Theraflu i Bibloc z uwagi na fakt, że fenylefryna - jeden ze składników leku Theraflu - może osłabić działanie przeciwnadciśnieniowe leku Bibloc, wywołać wzrost ciśnienia i innych działań ze strony układu sercowo-naczyniowego.

U osób leczących się z powodu podwyższonego ciśnienia krwi odpowiednim wyborem będą leki jednoskładnikowe z paracetamolem, np.
