The manufacturer states that Neoparin should be stored below 25°C, not frozen.
Therefore, if the medicine has not been frozen, administration immediately after removal from the refrigerator should not affect the effectiveness of the preparation. However, it should be noted that it is not necessary to store this medicine in the refrigerator. It is best to store the medicine in its original packaging, at room temperature, away from light and heat.
