Should I stop using Nedal?

Hello, a few days ago, the doctor prescribed me nedal I had to start with a dose of 1/4 tablet as it will not help to increase to 1/2. I take the 1/2 tablet on the third day, my head hurts, crease in the chest and I feel dizzy. My pressure lowered 110/60,117/69, my pulse is still high 90-95, I don't know what to do, is it normal. Or maybe I have to stop, previously I took sobycor 2.5. I will be grateful for your reply.

If you experience symptoms such as headache, dizziness, shortness of breath or changes in blood pressure and pulse, contact your doctor. It is possible that your doctor will decide to change your dose or suggest a different medicine. Do not stop taking this medicine without talking to your doctor. People with high blood pressure should regularly take antihypertensive drugs at a time of day that is convenient for them and minimizes any adverse effects. Doctors usually recommend taking medication for hypertension in the morning. During sleep, blood pressure decreases and this is a physiological process. It is better to protect yourself from an increase in pressure in the morning when it rises.
