Dad applied the transtec patch on Tuesday, a week ago, plus poltran combo drugs, after waking up another day, disturbance of vision, balance, lack of appetite, dizziness. After removing the patch, most of the symptoms disappeared, but dizziness and weakness remained (8 days after peeling)When will it pass?

The symptoms you described may be related to a side effect of Transtec (buprenorphine) or a combination of medicines that Dad was taking. During the simultaneous use of Transtec and Poltram Combo, excessive sedation, drowsiness, dizziness, difficulty concentrating and performing the intended movements may occur. There is also a risk of serious breathing disorders. Dermal absorption and excretion of buprenorphine is slower than intravenous. Full elimination can take 5-8 days. If these symptoms persist for a long time or are bothersome, you should consult a doctor.
