Debretin, quote from the leaflet - "Most often side effects are mild and disappear spontaneously." How to interpret it? Do the side effects pass after stopping taking this medicine (which I would like to avoid because it helps me, but unfortunately it causes a slight rash), or will the body "get used to this drug" and the rash will pass?

The rash may be associated with an allergy to one of the ingredients of the preparation, e.g. to an auxiliary substance such as a dye or preservative. Most likely, it will not disappear spontaneously during therapy, but as the manufacturer states - it usually has a mild course. Side effects of a transient nature, referred to in the leaflet are, for example, fatigue and nausea - then the body can actually "get used" to the drug and they may disappear with the duration of treatment. If you observe a rash during therapy, it is worth informing your doctor about the side effects. On this basis, the specialist will decide on further proceedings. You can read about why you should report side effects here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane If the changes are mild, over-the-counter antiallergic drugs can be used on an ad hoc basis.
