Good morning, can I take letrox 50 in the middle of the night? That is, when I wake up (eg to the toilet) it happens to me quite often. And then I'll go straight to sleep further? The thing is that I get up for work at 5.20 and it is troublesome for me to take the drug 30 minutes before breakfast, and preferably with an even greater time interval.

Taking the medicine at different times (when you wake up) may not be the best idea, it is easy to forget about the medicine and use it irregularly. If the use of the drug in the morning is burdensome due to your lifestyle, it is now considered that you can take levothyroxine tablets (eg Letrox) in the evening, about 2 hours after the last meal (and drink, except water).
