What do the additional graphic markings on the packaging of medicines mean?

What do the individual triangles on the drugs mean? I know that all black with the agent means that the preparation is subject to additional monitoring. What does a black triangle empty inside mean, such as on the pack and leaflet of Diphergan? What does a yellow triangle with a red border like on Sedan mean? Why does Poltram, which has 50 mg of tramadol, have a triangle with an exclamation mark, while Skudexa with 75 mg of tramadol does not?

Warning pictograms other than the black inverted triangle do not always mean the same thing and are placed on the packaging at the individual discretion of the manufacturer. In the case of Poltram, the manufacturer warns that the drug may impair psychophysical performance. A black, hollow triangle on the Diphergan package warns against the use of the drug after the expiration date. Additional markings on the medicine packaging can be checked in the Register of Medicinal Products (https://rejestrymedyczne.ezdrowie.gov.pl/rpl/search/public) by entering the name of the medicine and selecting "Packaging" from among the downloadable materials.
