Should I continue to give my daughter (3 years) Ebilfumin if she vomited after it?

Hello. My daughter (3 years old) has a diagnosis of flu by the doctor. She was given this drug, but she vomits terribly after it. What am I supposed to do in such a situation. She was now vomiting and falling asleep even more weak than she was. The fever is gone.

Nausea and vomiting are a common side effect of Ebilfumin. Taking the drug after a meal reduces nausea, moreover, they most often persist at the very beginning of use. Vomiting increases the risk of dehydration of the child, so you can give the child prophylactically oral rehydration agents called electrolytes, e.g.: - Orsalit for children: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/57959/orsalit-o-smaku-bananowym-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki - Acidolite for children: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/1700/acidolit-malinowy-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki You can order these products with home delivery via GdziePoLek or book at the pharmacy. Discontinuation of the drug before the end of treatment is not recommended due to the possibility of recurrence of flu symptoms. If the side effects do not go away and the child's condition does not improve, you should consult a doctor.
