Unfortunately, we do not currently have access to the medical lists in force in Spain or the stock levels there. It is possible that in Spain there are simply no medicines of interest to you, or their substitutes. Sinulan or Sinupret are multi-component herbal preparations. So if they are not sold in Spain, it can be very difficult or even impossible to choose a replacement. However, in the case of Scorbolamide, instead of giving the trade name, it is worth asking about the active ingredients - international or Latin names should be understandable to employees of pharmacies around the world and thanks to them you can search for products present in the trade. Scorbolamide includes Salicylamidum 300 mg, Acidum ascorbicum 100 mg and Rutosidum 5 mg. You can also describe your health problem and expectations - using an electronic translator - and rely on the recommendation of the professional staff of your local pharmacy. In your case, these would be, for example, "herbal preparation for sinuses" or "analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug for sinus pain".
