Two years ago I had atrial fibrillation, a month ago it happened again I was prescribed by the doctor Xarelto after them I felt bad, the change to Pradaxa feels good, the price, I am not able to buy them every month . I also take Karbis, Glucophage xr, Insuline Abasaglar. The doctor changed Pradax to Acard 75. Pradaxa I still have for 4 days or after them I can take Acard the next day?

No, Acard cannot be replaced by Pradaxa or Xarelto. Pradaxa and Xarelto work in the venous system and Acard in the arterial system, so no therapeutic effect can be expected using Acard instead of Pradaxa. It is understandable that the high cost of treatment may hinder the continuation of treatment, so I encourage you to check the availability and prices (provided by some medicines) of Pradaxa in your immediate area on the product page: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/63407/pradaxa-kapsulki/apteki Please remember to choose the right dose and the place where you are looking for the drug.
