At the third dose of pen (0.6) when injecting instead of returning to zero, it stopped on a white field and despite another pressing does not want to go back to zero, does this mean that the pen has blocked? What to do in such a situation? Is it possible that I gave myself too high a dose?

I had it too, you have to change the needle because it could be crooked.
I had that too, i.e. the counter stopped on an empty field. It is not true that the dose in this situation has not been given! I then applied the casing, set the dose and pressed the button. The counter stopped again in the white box, and yet the dose of the drug ended up in the casing. If you inject again in this situation, you can give yourself a double dose!

Yes, if the dose counter does not show a value of 0 after holding down the injection button, it is very likely that the needle has been blocked or damaged. This means that the drug has not been administered at all, even when the dose counter has changed position and indicates a different dose than the one that was set correctly. If the needle is blocked, change the needle as described and presented in the leaflet, to which I attach a link below: https://gdziepolek.blob.core.windows.net/product-documents/doc188872/saxenda-ulotka.pdf In addition, you should never put the inner cap back on the needle - you can accidentally prick yourself with the needle. Always remove the needle from the pen after the injection to prevent needle blockage, infection, contamination, drug solution tipping and inaccurate dosing.
