It is not recommended to use Parogen together with Propranolol if it is used for heart failure. Pargoen may slightly increase the effect of Propranolol and in case of heart failure it can be dangerous to the patient's health. If you observe disturbing symptoms such as uneven heartbeats, shortness of breath, bluish nails, dizziness, weakness, fainting or convulsions, you should immediately seek medical help. If Propranolol is used to treat other conditions, this interaction is not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of Parogen. However, these are prescription drugs, so you should always consult your doctor about their use and inform him about any other medicines you are taking.
