Is it possible to use two supplements containing phytoflavones at the same time? For example, one soybean and the other with red clover? Joanna

Preparations containing isoflavones are designed to provide the body with phytoestrogens - plant compounds acting similarly to estrogens found in the woman's body. However, the strength of their action is much smaller than that of pharmacological preparations. In my opinion, it is not unreasonable to combine this type of preparations. If in your opinion the effect of the preparation is insufficient, it is worth betting on a herbal medicine that will contain higher doses of isoflavones and also has clinical trials determining its effectiveness, e.g. Soyfem Forte - containing soy isoflavones https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/73841/soyfem-forte-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Remifemin - contains a plant extract from grape bugs, which works well in the treatment of ailments caused by estrogen deficiency. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/66675/remifemin-tabletki/apteki The preparations mentioned in the question are dietary supplements. They complement the daily diet, can support the proper functioning of the endocrine system, but they do not have healing properties and will not cure a given disease.
