Can hypotension, shortness of breath, weakness and tremors in the limbs be the result of nitrendipine?

Hello, the person taking nitrendipine has a low blood pressure of about 90/60. In addition, since taking this drug, there are attacks of shortness of breath (looking like you are choking on something), weakness of the body, involuntary trembling of the limbs. Is it possible that these are side effects of taking this drug? (Person one year after hemorrhagic stroke)

According to available sources, among the side effects resulting from the use of Nitrendipine, arterial hypotension, shortness of breath and weakness can be distinguished. Therefore, it would be advisable to go to the attending physician to modify the therapy - perhaps the doctor will decide to reduce the doses or change the preparation to another. However, among the side effects of the drug side effects, no information was found on the occurrence of tremors in the limbs when taking Nitrendipine. Therefore, the symptoms may be the result of taking another medicine or may indicate another concomitant condition. It would therefore be recommended to see a general practitioner or neurologist who will diagnose the causes of the symptoms.
