How to proceed with a damaged Polaring disc?

Broken contraceptive disc. I noticed this morning when I pulled out the puck that it was half broken. What should I do in this case? Pull out and put on a new one? Should I have it normally 3 weeks after inserting a new one? If the day before I had sex but the disc was whole and the next day in the morning it was already broken, is contraception preserved? If I notice a disc breaking, can I insert a new one after a few hours?

If you have noticed that PolaRing is damaged, you should remove it and put on a new one as soon as possible and leave it for 3 weeks. An additional method of contraception (e.g. a male condom) should be used for the next 7 days. If you had intercourse before you noticed the damage, you should contact your doctor. More about the drug can be read at the link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96196/polaring-przyrzad/ulotka I also recommend the entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
