Nilogrin and Prokit are medications that should be taken before a meal. Nilogrin is a medicine used to treat dementia. In patients requiring the administration of nicergoline once a day, the entire dose of the drug should be administered in the morning - before meals. If you forget to take it in the morning, you should take the tablets 2 hours after a meal or 2 hours before the next meal. Prokit improves the motility of the gastrointestinal tract, accelerates the emptying of the stomach. That is why we take the drug 30-40 minutes before meals to help us fight possible indigestion (abdominal bloating, feeling of excessive fullness in the stomach, epigastric pain, discomfort, lack of appetite, heartburn, nausea and vomiting) after meals. If we forget to take the drug before a meal, it can be taken during or after, bearing in mind that we will have to wait for the effect.
