Can I take another dose of Monural during pregnancy? Can untreated cystitis return?

I took the monural drug 5 days ago, in addition, I take Wit c and cranberries every day, I feel a significant improvement, but I feel that I am not completely healthy. Go for another dose or is there a possibility that cystitis will pass instead of developing again? I will add that I am 33 weeks pregnant

Monural is an antibiotic prescribed only by the attending physician. Only a doctor can, on the basis of examinations and anamnesis, recommend the use of the next dose. The dosage of Monural recommended by the manufacturer is one sachet of 3 g at a time. This dose can be repeated after 24 hours. More information about Monural here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/50320/monural-granulat-do-wytworzenia-plynu/apteki Pregnant women are a special group of patients and each prescribed medicine must be discussed with your doctor accordingly, taking into account the benefits and risks of use. It may happen that an untreated urinary tract infection develops again. Therefore, it is worth asking your doctor about possible urine tests and urine culture, which will give an unambiguous answer whether you are cured.
