How to use Ulcamed correctly?

Good morning in order to get rid of heliobacter pyroli I got the drugs ospamox metronidszol ulcamed and polprazole. Polprazole on an empty stomach ospamox and metronidasol after meals and ulcamed 4 times also after meals. On the leaflet it is written to ulcamed zazywac before meals. So how to use this drug to be effective? Is it possible to also use helicogastrin at the same time, which is to help eliminate this bacterium from the stomach and in what dose to use it?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics of Ulcamed, in order for the drug to work effectively, it should be taken, for example, 4 times a day on an empty stomach. If the prescribing doctor has recommended otherwise, you should consult with him whether you are sure that the medicine should be taken after a meal. Helicogastrin is a probiotic, the recommended daily dose is 1 capsule per day. In order for the use of the probiotic to be effective, it should be taken in an interval of antibiotics and chemotherapeutic agents (Ospamox and Metronidazole) about 2 hours after the use of these drugs. I enclose a thread on the correct use of drugs during the eradication of H.pyroli: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/55162/mesopral-jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-leki-tetracyklinum-ulcamed-mesopral-i-metron
