Can I take Letrox and Lipanthyl 267 together?

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for 8 years and hasimoto I take letrox 150. The doctor prescribed liphantil 267 for high triglycerides 289. Can I combine both drugs . Letrox in the morning liphatyl in the evening

According to the information contained in the available sources, there were no significant interactions with the concomitant use of Letrox and Lipanthyl 267. To ensure the required effectiveness of both drugs, they should be used according to the doctor's instructions, remembering that Letrox is taken in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast, while Lipanthyl during a meal at the time recommended by a specialist.
