Gotu kola, or Asian pennywort, and ashwagandha are plants with adaptogenic properties that are sometimes combined with each other to enhance the effect of increasing resistance to stress. Combining them with CBD is not contraindicated, but it is worth observing the reaction of your body to such a combination and discontinuing the preparation in case of undesirable symptoms, such as drowsiness.
