Are Atyvia and Atyvia Daily the same drugs?
I have a problem. I take Atywia tablets and the first tablet from the new package after the break, I should take on Thursday 26.05. Unfortunately, I will receive the prescription only on 27.05 and only then will I be able to buy the medicine. However, I have Atywia Daily tablets at home (spare blister). Can I take a tablet from the "Atywia Daily" blister on the first day of 26.05 and take it from "Atywia" on the second day when I buy a prescription? Such mixing will not adversely affect the effectiveness?

Yes, you can take a tablet from the Atywia Daily blister on 26.05. Atywia and Atywia Daily are preparations that do not differ in terms of hormone content, in the case of both drugs it is ethinyl estradiol 0.03 mg + dienogest 2 mg. The difference between the drugs is the presence of placebo tablets in the Atyvia Daily blister. This will not adversely affect the effectiveness of contraception.
