Is it possible that a few days after the end of antibiotic use, the symptoms returned?

I took Agumentin for pharyngitis and cystitis for 7 days. On Wednesday I finished taking the antibiotic and I felt fine, while on Sunday there was a sore throat, muscle soreness and fever again. Is it possible that the antibiotic did not help to the end, but only cured the symptoms for some time?

Yes, it is possible. If the symptoms have reappeared, please consult your doctor, you may need to prolong antibiotic therapy or change your treatment. It is also worth doing a control antigen test for COVID-19, which can be purchased at the pharmacy. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jaki-test-antygenowy-na-koronawirusa-wybrac
