Hello, I am already after 3 packs of Zoely tablets. Withdrawal bleeding occurred after 2 tablets of placebo. However, now with the third package today I will take the last placebo pill, and the bleeding is still not there. My lower abdomen hurts as usual with menstruation. I took the tablets as directed, maybe a few times I had a delay of several hours. Do I have anything to worry about? Is there a possibility of pregnancy? Or just pills serve me?

Withdrawal bleeding while taking Zoely usually begins on day 2 or 3 after taking the last white tablet and may not stop before the start of the next pack. The absence of withdrawal bleeding may or may not be related to pregnancy. In the absence of withdrawal bleeding, if Zoely has been taken as directed in this leaflet at the same time each day, the likelihood of pregnancy is low. The lack of bleeding is then the result of the action of hormones on the endometrium (endometrium). However, if you have not taken Zoely as directed (for example, missed a tablet, had gastric disturbances or were taking medicines that weaken the effect of contraception), then or two consecutive withdrawal bleedings have not occurred, make sure that you do not have pregnancy before continuing with Zoely. Hormonal contraceptive pills are a very effective method of preventing pregnancy, however, it is not a 100% effective method. If you are concerned or unsure whether contraception has been used properly, a pregnancy test can be taken.
