Is it possible to use Klacid with hypertension and diabetes?
Is it possible to take Klacid for pneumonia (symptoms: shortness of breath, subfebrile condition), if at the same time a person suffers from diabetes and hypertension. Applies to a man, age 72 years.

Hypertension and diabetes mellitus are not contraindications to the use of the drug Klacid. When taking certain diabetes medicines, caution and close monitoring of glucose levels are recommended, as in combination with Klacid they may cause hypoglycaemia.
