Should I stop taking Mysimba if I have side effects?

Hello for 4 days I have been taking the drug Mysimba. My weight dropped dramatically because already -2kg. There was nausea and empty belching all the time, but without vomiting. Lack of appetite for anything, I have to force myself to eat something. I don't feel when I'm hungry and when I'm not. Food also lost some of its taste. Should I continue to take the medicine? I am bmi 30 and 22 years old.

I had the same symptoms at the beginning, after a while everything passed. I'm left with only hair loss, for example.

To @pejbbb: Mysimba is a prescription drug and its possible discontinuation should be decided by the attending physician. What's more, reporting side effects to your doctor or individually allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

I take the second day. I eat 3 times a day but portions as for a child because you do not want to eat.

And what dosage do you have?

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
