What interval should I keep when switching from Emanera to Controloc?

Hello, what interval should I keep when changing Emanera to Controloc? I have already taken 2 packs of Emander 40 mg 2x a day, the family doctor recommended discontinuation before the examination, but the pain and nausea are strong, so the emergency doctor prescribed controloc in the same dose. I have not taken emanera for a few days but I happened to take half a dose in the morning yesterday in a crisis situation, which I forgot to tell the doctor.

Emanera is not a drug that accumulates in the body. Its half-life is 1.3 hours, so there is no need to maintain special safety measures in case of change from one drug to another. One day you can take Emanera and the next day You can take Controloc. I do not know what study the question refers to, so I will not help in this matter. Please remember that as the first choice for abdominal pain, diastolic drugs based on drotaverine or hyoscine are used., eg: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54554/no-spa-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/69611/scopolan-drazetki/apteki I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-leczyc-wrzody-zoladka-i-dwunastnicy
