Lek Heparegen zawiera w swoim składzie kwas tiazolidynokarboksylowy (timonacicum) i wskazany jest jako lek wspomagający w ostrych i przewlekłych chorobach wątroby o różnej etiologii oraz w toksycznym uszkodzeniu wątroby spowodowanym alkoholem, lekami lub substancjami chemicznymi.

Preparat Heparegen nie posiada zamienników.
