Antibiotic Biotum 500 is available "on the spot" in a very limited number of pharmacies integrated with GdziePoLek, please check the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/12003/biotum-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=4178 The low availability is probably due to the fact that it is a drug with the availability category "Lz", and therefore intended for use in closed medicine.
