International drugs report that Olpress is a drug with medoxomil olmesartan. In Poland, the same active ingredient contains the drug Revival: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/67095/revival-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie Doses of 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg are available. The condition for safe therapy is to maintain the same dose.
