Could the swab have damaged the ear?
Hi, could the ear have been damaged by taking a swab? I can not hear almost in my left ear what to do with it?

Damage to tissues or organs is not a normal and expected reaction after a swab is taken. This activity should consist only in collecting material from the surface of the tissues of the nose, throat or nasopharynx. If you have lost hearing in your left ear, the right specialist is an otolaryngologist or neurologist, but it is worth visiting your family doctor first.
