After stopping Cloranxen, you may experience so-called withdrawal syndrome, the symptoms of which may include, m.in, muscle tremor, agitation, insomnia, hallucinations, confusion, derealisation, depersonalisation, headache, myalgia, anxiety, irritability, seizures, hypersensitivity to light, sound and physical contact. These symptoms usually appear 4 to 8 days after withdrawal. To reduce the risk of the above-mentioned symptoms, it is recommended to gradually discontinue the drug.
