If the concomitant use of cinnarizine (Cinnarizium Aflofarm) and hydroxyzine has been prescribed by your doctor, please follow these recommendations. However, it should be borne in mind that both drugs can cause excessive sedation - drowsiness, sedation, hence their simultaneous intake increases the risk of aggravation of the aforementioned side effect.
