Although both drugs belong to the group of antihistamines, they contain active substances of other generations: Clatra contains bilastin - an antihistamine of the 2nd generation. Delortan contains desloratadine - an antihistamine of the 3rd generation. Delortan less often (or almost not at all) has a soporific effect, Clatra can - to a small extent cause a feeling of drowsiness.
