No, these drugs should not be combined with each other. Paracetamol is contained in both drugs, therefore their combination can lead to an overdose of this substance and liver damage. In addition, such a combination increases the risk of dangerous side effects such as, m.in, convulsions and significant stimulation of the central nervous system (which may manifest itself as excessive arousal, concentration disorders, insomnia).
