Yes, I will give. Fertilization occurs as a result of sexual intercourse and only on this path. If the sperm is outside the human body and is in adverse conditions (dry, cold), the sperm die almost immediately. So there is no way that you will become pregnant after the semen was first donated to the toilet seat, then transferred to paper and only after that it was used to wipe intimate places.
And will you give me the arguments? Even if I wiped myself quite tightly at the vagina, it does not threaten pregnancy?

No, it is not possible for you to become pregnant because of the sperm present on toilet paper.
