Jeśli antykoncepcja hormonalna nie była uprzednio stosowana (w poprzednim miesiącu) to przyjmowanie tabletek należy rozpocząć 1. dnia naturalnego cyklu miesiączkowego (tj. pierwszego dnia krwawienia miesiączkowego). Przyjmowanie tabletek można rozpocząć w dniach od 2. do 5 dnia cyklu, ale w takim przypadku przez pierwsze 7 dni cyklu zaleca się stosowanie dodatkowej metody antykoncepcji mechanicznej. Proszę postąpić wedle tych wytycznych.
