Przyjęcie leku wykrztuśnego takiego jak Flegamina nie wyklucza możliwości zażycia preparatu zawierającego paracetamol w celu obniżenia temperatury ciała. Dawka leku Apap powinna być dostosowana zgodnie z zaleceniami z ulotki.
