Can Miconal aerosol be applied to the scalp?
Good morning, in the leaflet of the drug Miconal in the form of an aerosol it is written not to apply to the scalp. I ask because this is the drug, the doctor prescribed for my 7 month old baby, for Seborrheic Dermatitis. I used it 2 times, the changes began to go backwards, but I was concerned about what I read in the leaflet. Can such use harm?

Ponieważ mikonazol może być stosowany również w leczeniu łupieżu (czyli na owłosioną skórę głowy) - należy przypuszczać, iż stosowanie Miconalu na skórę głowy u dziecka, nawet jeśli w tym miejscu rosną włosy, nie będzie szkodliwe.
Proszę postępować zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza.
