Can I use rubs and supplements to improve hair condition and inhibit hair loss while I am taking Axotret?

Good morning. When using Axotret, can you use scalp rubs and supplements to improve the condition of the hair and inhibit hair loss? If so, which ones? I am in the second month of treatment and my hair falls out very intensively, but my dermatologist did not inform me and did not answer my question. So please help. Best regards. :)

Dziękuję za podzielenie się swoim przypadkiem. Wypadanie włosów jest rzadkim działaniem niepożądanym (≥1/10 000) obserwowanym podczas stosowania leku Axotret. Zachęcam do zgłoszenia działania niepożądanego lekarzowi prowadzącemu, jeśli nie zostało to dotychczas zrobione:
