Is it normal to itch pustules after applying Infectoscab cream to scabies?

Hello. Scabies was detected in me. According to the recommendations, I smeared myself with infectoscab for the night 3 days ago and I still follow the rules for changing bed linen, towels and clothes. Everything was also disinfected. However, for two nights I have a very intense itching of pustules, is it normal?

Intensywny świąd krostek po przeprowadzonym leczeniu nie jest normalny.
