What over-the-counter substitutes do Biofenac and Apo-Napro have?

Good morning I have a problem because I have degeneration of the spine that is, I have such a crooked spine that presses me on the right side of the chest the doctor prescribed me two types of anti-pain pills one apo napro and the other biofenac suspension as my head hurt eg in the evening I took apo napro and as I ended it then I took biofenac both of these drugs worked on me very quickly and are there any substitute without Prescription

Aceklofenac - substancja czynna leku Biofenac - nie jest dostępna bez recepty.

Przykładami leków bez recepty zawierających naproksen - substancję czynną leku Apo-Napro są:
