Can I experience bleeding from my nose and anus when I take Tritace?

Good morning, After taking the drug Tricate 5 mg, can there be bleeding from the nose and anus? Thank you.

Wystąpienie nietypowych krwawień podczas stosowania leku Tritace 5 mg (np. krwawienia z nosa czy odbytu) powinno zostać skonsultowane z lekarzem prowadzącym. Może to sugerować choroby krwi lub szpiku kostnego:
