Is it possible to give Nasivin Kids to a child with atrioventricular block?

Good morning, Is it possible to use nasivin kids in a child with total atrioventricular block? Could this drug, used in the past, have contributed to the formation of grade III block in the child?

Można podawać Nasivin kids dzieciom z zaburzeniami przewodzenia bodźców w sercu. Lek nie będzie pogłębiał tego schorzenia.

Jak podaje producent - Badania ze znakowaną izotopowo oksymetazoliną wykazały, że związek ten podany donosowo nie wywiera żadnych działań ogólnoustrojowych.

Działanie leku jest miejscowe. Jeśli dawka dzienna nie będzie przekroczona (lek będzie dawkowany zgodnie z ulotką), preparat nie będzie wchodził w interakcje z innymi, przyjmowanymi równolegle lekami.
