Can I take Glucophage XR with breakfast instead of dinner?

Good morning, since yesterday I have to take Glucophage xr 500 once a day, the indication was in the evening. However, I feel very bad, can I take this one pill after breakfast? Once a day. I would appreciate an answer. Best regards!

Zgodnie z Kartą Charakterystyki Produktu Leczniczego Glucophage XR - lek należy stosować wieczorem. Jest to związane z mechanizmem działania leku i ma zapewnić odpowiednią kontrolę poziomu glukozy we krwi.
Jeśli złe samopoczucie objawia się, m.in. jako nudności, ból brzucha - aby temu zapobiec, lek warto stosować wraz z jedzeniem - podczas kolacji. Jeśli mimo wszystko lek będzie źle tolerowany i sytuacja będzie nie do zaakceptowania, należy poradzić się diabetologa. Być może specjalista zdecyduje o zmianie sposobu leczenia.
